Design for Destiny

In 2013 I had a baby girl named Destiny. She lived to be 38 days old. I learned that a lot can happen in 38 days. A person can fall in love so deeply and completely that when that love is taken they feel like they have died too. I learned that life is too short. Cliche, I know. I learned that we all have a destiny to fulfill. My daughter fulfilled hers. I realized I could no longer ignore my destiny. Or stand idly by while others ignored their destiny. So here I am, designing for destiny.

Our sweet Destiny Lynn Cassani passed away this morning at 38 days old. We will announce the memorial when we have more information.

It has been over a year and a half since we lost our little boy. The lady from Angel Watch/Common Bonds who helped us so much just recently lost a second child. Her blog about the whole experience has helped me through grief I didn't know I was still having. This post, especially, gave me some hope.

(((HUGS))) I'm sure you have family/close friends already doing this, but if you ever need some alone time to think/cry/temple, feel free to bring your little boy over. We'll distract him with Duplos and sprinklers and such.
